About Us

Atlantic Guns and Gear started as an Idea in the summer of 2018, after many conversations with family and friends it was decided that there is a lack of Hunting and fishing shops that are not corporately owned in Atlantic Canada, and that the personal connection between product and customer is clearly not met with online shopping. After much consideration we decided to move forward with the idea. Early 2021 we found an excellent spot, and with Government approval moved forward with the setup of the shop. We opened August 28th 2021 and have not looked back.
